| Returns and exchanges | ■ Toric (or hyperopia) lenses are made to order for individual purchases, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, exchanges, or reproductions after production. ■ Please carefully inspect the lenses before opening. □ Upon receiving your product, please inspect the outside of the bottle within the 7-day exchange period to ensure there are no problems with the product (wrong product, scratches, chips, color) before opening the bottle. □ Please be careful when opening the bottle, as scratches may occur due to foreign objects or fingernails when removing the lenses or washing them before wearing. □ Please email us within 7 days if you wish to return the product. [Regarding Exchanges and Returns Due to Customer Convenience] ■ I would like to exchange the product. ■ I no longer need the product and would like to return it. □ Unless we are at fault, you will be responsible for return shipping and re-shipping costs for exchanges.
